2014 Events
Fundraising
CANadda does many fundraising events throughout the year as we do not get funded and need to raise our own funds. This can be very time consuming but fun. We are always grateful for people's support and help!
Bowling
One of CANadda's social events held throughout the year is Bowling. We get a variety of people who come along to this. We have a lot of fun and many laughs. We can always guarantee something will happen to start us off with the giggles. We start off by having two games of bowling and then we sit down to a yummy meal.
Holiday Club
CANadda started up a holiday club this year to see how it would go. We had MarioCart racing, board games and we did a variety of craft activities including making play dough and chocolate apples, yummy!
Conferences
Every year CANadda attends a variety of conferences and events as we like to network and keep up with what else is out there in Lincolnshire and what else is going on in Lincolnshire. We also like to make sure people are aware of us and we are there to support people.
Queens Park Community Hub Opening
In April 2014 the Queeens Park Community Hub officially opened.It was lovely to see so many people come along and support us. This is where CANadda is based and where CANadda has an office.
World Autism Day
On Wedneday April 1st CANadda celebrated World Autism Day. We started off in the growing futures cafe. Tesco came along and supported us and they also handed over a cheque to CANadda to help us with the future in our new office. In the afternoon we went down to Tesco. Thank you Tesco for supporting us!
